3 Night Stay at the Guards Apartment

The Apartment boasts a large four poster bed, handmade kitchen area, modern bathroom, historical artefacts and stunning views of the Black Mountains.

Guests enjoy their own private access and a separate Boot Room big enough to store bikes, wellies and outdoor equipment.

There are modern fittings throughout and the Apartment is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and decorated with ancestral family portraits and oil paintings of the Estate.

The bedroom features a large antique four poster bed and a wash basin in the corner. With window aspects East and South, guests can wake up to the warm morning sun.

The well equipped kitchen area is handmade by one of the craftsmen on the Estate with countertop oven, kettle, toaster, double induction hob and fridge with ice compartment.

The living area has a television with Freeview and Amazon Firestick, super-fast WiFi, dining table and a large comfortable sofa.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, bathrobes and a large heated towel rail.

In the garden area behind the apartment, there is a table bench where guests can sit, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding Black Mountains. A perfect space for afternoon tea and/or evening barbecue.

A special welcome pack is provided containing fresh bread and milk, cereals, eggs laid by our own hens, local ham and cheese along with luxury hot drinks.

There is plenty of parking space.

As this is a working family home you may encounter Blodwyn, the family’s Welsh terrier and a few inquisitive chickens and ducks!
